Hi my name is Charlie. I will be telling you about the Fools’ Rules Regatta. My Grandpa helps run it. It is in Jamestown, RI by the beach. It happens every August. They make the boats from scratch. They have 2 hours to build their boats. They have to race their boats. There are two buoys and they have to go from one to the other. My favorite boat that I saw was the Titanic made of paper and buckets but it sank in the race. You should check it out.

Hey Charlie! Nice to see you writing about the Fools Rules! It was a lot of fun out there, wasn't it? Maybe soon, you and your dad and I can build a boat for that race. We also have the Zephyr waiting in the driveway ready to get a rebuild.

What a great story, of course you could also add that you helped Grandpa out in the "safety" boat.
